Freelance publishing expert with work on over forty titles in print.
My publishing experience began in undgrad over seven years ago, working as the Head Copyeditor for out student-run newspaper The Minaret, as an Assistant Editor for the literary journal Quilt, and as a Staff Assistant for the publishing house Tampa Press. From there I began to put my skills in graphic design, book layout, and editing in InDesign to work as a freelance contract editor, compiling books for authors and small press publishers in my spare time. I've worked on over thirty titles—performing cover design, copy edits, layout, and editorial services. I've also completed my Master's at LSU, served as the Editor-in-Chief to the thirty year old journal the New Delta Review, and written three books. I've performed backend work on Wordpress, preparing long works for publishing on the site, and worked with translated text, and design-heavy publications—one of which was published by Penguin-Random House!
