As an attorney and entrepreneur, for close to 40 years I have counseled and advised clients in legal matters, business operations, and strategic planning. I specialize in commercial, corporate, securities, non-profit, entertainment and media law, and intellectual property. I also serve as a business consultant, writing business plans (including financials) and advising companies on business development and operational strategies. I also am the founder and operating officer of several private media companies.

I have negotiated and drafted agreements in a wide range of fields, including corporate documents, telecommunications, IT, international transactions, media, and entertainment, including the preparation of Private Placement Memorandums and accompanying documents. I also have extensive experience in the areas of trademark and copyright law. I have represented commercial clients in the United States District Court, before the United States Court of Appeals.

Work Terms
