I've been a journalist for most of my adult life, delving into freelance writing in 2010. I quit my job in 2013 to take on a caregiving role for a parent, so I now focus on freelance writing, including an occasional newspaper article.

I live in northern Minnesota, having returned to my home town, a city of 500 people. I'm an hour away from my former city, where I often return to visit friends and attend live theater performances, which is my favorite activity.

Work Terms
