I am new to freelance industry. I would like to a get a foot hold so I can earn income doing what I love.

I first started to get into writing when I was in Middle School. I admit what attracted me to writing in the beginning wasn’t exactly what you would call tasteful. I wish I could sit on my high horse, gallantly telling my story of how honorably I got into writing, but, reality is often messy.

My class had just finished reading To Kill a Mockingbird. I found out the income the author received from her novels, and I was interested solely in the income. I tried to write a novel there with some encouragement from my English teacher. Bless his heart; he was so proud without a hint of my real interest. I was serious for few months. As you might or might not know, kids seldom accomplish their goals. It saddens me to say I never stood out from the majority. Though my interest started out with a wrong purpose, I did begin to have a deep appreciation and a love for writing through constant struggle from writing terrible fan fictions and no, you may not see them.
