I have 10+ years Professional working experience in National and International organizations in the areas of Human Rights, Community development, Indigenous Peoples Rights, Child Well-being, Policy Advocacy, Networking and Social Mobilizations, Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL), Research and Knowledge Management in BRAC, CARITAS and World Vision Bangladesh. My Research and working interest concentrates on Social and Behavioral Sciences and Interdisciplinary subjects but not limited to Public Policy and Management, Inclusive and Participatory Governance, Human Rights, Gender and Development, Sociology, Social inclusion, Politics, History, Global Studies, and Life Chances (quality of life and well-being). I have received Professional Training, Participated in workshops, Seminars and Presented numerous Papers in the International Conferences in Australia, Thailand, UK, France, Italy, Indonesia, India, USA, Norway and Bangladesh which have been published in the Internationally Peer-Reviewed Journals along with a Book based on my PhD Thesis conducted in Flinders University, Australia
