As a self employed Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach in the UK I spent 7 years developing, writing and editing my blog and website in a highly competitive market. My focus was on creating high quality engaging content that is informative, persuasive and solution orientated, whilst also ensuring it fit with my SEO strategy.

Currently I am part way through writing a tourist guide to the area of Portugal that I live in, which combines two of my passions; travel and writing. My main reason for living in beautiful rural Portugal is the development of a guesthouse which should be ready in 2020!

My other passions are personal growth/health/ food/travel/films.

Previously I worked for 10 years as an executive level recruitment consultant and business owner in a niche market, which included advising on and editing resume and cover letters, client and project management and detailed market and candidate research.
