Fun and natural event and portrait photography

I’m a Somerville-based freelance photographer. I do portraits and events, including family portraits, headshots, creative promotional portraits, conferences, weddings and various other events. My strengths are working with natural light and using environments creatively. I collaborate with my clients to create work that speaks to their personality or mission. I think that good photography comes from good experiences, and I try to connect with each person I work with.

I also work as a photo editor. I specialize in fine-tuning well-exposed photos, including color-correction, cropping, and composition. With over or under exposed photos, I have lots of experience getting the best image possible. I use color correction to improve the image, and balancing highlights and shadows while preserving the integrity of the photos. I do most of my work in Lightroom, and I occasionally use Photoshop to edit out undesired objects from photos.
