Ledgers to Go is a small locally owned bookkeeping firm in the Pacific Northwest. Our company takes pride in producing quality financial statements at an affordable price.

Our firm began in 2014, when company owner Yvette Burtley married her passion of being a "virtual secretary" with offering superior online bookkeeping services. Along with her three partners they began offering Virtual Assistant and bookkeeping services to Internet businesses. Thus, Ledgers to Go was born!

We provides weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounting services in the following categories:

1) Recording of accounts payable
2) Recording of accounts receivable
3) Recording of payroll
4) Reporting of bank & credit card reconciliations
5) Creating customized financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, general ledger, sale's reports, etc.
6) Weekly phone and/or e-mail notifications with updates of financial progress.
7) Once monthly, quarterly, and annual conference calls with summaries of all of the financial statements.
8) Annual conference calls with your CPA, accountant, or tax preparer about annual financial reports to prepare business tax returns.

Work Terms

Ledger's To Go operates Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. We operate on a retainer basis only, submitting invoices on the 15th of each month, accepting payment via PayPal or cashier's check.
