I can say that I am a person with a varied interest in life. I love learning things and I am not intimidating in learning new things. I serve as a full-time missionary for 18 months in Philippine Davao Mission going back 2015 and 2016 voluntarily. I learned to converse and talk for different kinds of people every day and be able to meet their needs in life. I get acquainted with them very well and to put myself in their shoes in order for me to understand them better. I was called as a Sister Training Leader during these days, which I gave and conduct skills and to oversee the work of my fellow missionaries. Finally, my mission was finished. I applied as a customer service representative and handling Sirius XM account Outbound calls. I love conversing to the US people which help me to boost my confidence and increase my skills and knowledge about sales. Then, I felt that in the field of E-Commerce there is something that I can do and contribute. My main tasks is a Customer Service Representative handling calls, assisting the concern of our client and to ensure that I will meet the satisfaction of it. I do, email support, outbound calls, subject matter expert and became a trainer apprentice. I believe in saying that if we master techniques in life then it will become easier for us to do the things that required us to do. I know that there is something that I can do and can contribute to this kind of industry. As I humbly commit myself and serve selflessly, rest assured that you can count on me.

I don't have a problem working graveyards since I am very flexible and willing to learn new things.
