Small Business advisory and implementation

I am a steady hand and problem solver who thrives in difficult situations when others have walked away. He has spent his entire 25-year career in small business management and leadership, answering almost every type of business question and capitalizing on challenges and opportunities. I bring my unique set of expertise and business experiences (consultant, salesperson, department manager, senior executive, and owner) to each of my client engagements.

Lee has served in both public and private companies, as well as owning his own company (Wyman Ford). He has also worked as a Business Performance Adviser for large companies (Paychex, Insperity), helping small to mid-sized clients with human capital management.
