I have worked on many high profile public-sector digital projects including the Welsh Government, the Development Bank of Wales, the Ombudsman, CITB and Natural Resources Wales. Notable achievements include the UX and visual design for a Masters of Marketing UX & Design award winning website. I have extensive experience of working with user research consultants to validate the effectiveness of user interfaces. I appreciate the importance of balancing the needs of the user with the requirements of all other stakeholders. Understanding of the technologies involved allows me to develop practical solutions that work for users and communicate this effectively to development teams. I have a keen eye for detail but can also focus on a wider vision that achieves the key objectives of a project.
