Highly motivated and dynamic Executive Personal Administrative Assistant with an extensive background supporting management and executive operations.
I am a Jack of all trades, with the drive and focus to get jobs done both quickly and efficiently. I have over 6 years of experience as a Executive Personal Assistant working for two busy C level executives.
Following that position I was promoted to Sales Strategist and Project Coordinator where I strategized how to attract and sell to clients, then worked on teams to bring those projects to life.
I became a Executive Travel Planner after my position in sales and coordination where I founded a Travel Agency in conjunction with Virtuoso in order to bring my boss's the best travel deals and expertise. I have extensive travel planning and booking experience both domestically and internationally.
Finally I spent time as a Construction Project Manager where I was able to focus on scheduling and team coordination. I found a need to bring building materials directly to my clients so I founded a International Logistics import company.
Now I am looking for something more flexible in which I can devote my time and energy.

Work Terms
Able to work Eastern Standard time from 7am-7pm Monday - Friday and occasionally outside of those hours if requested. I am able via phone, for text or calls, email, Skype or any other form of communication that may streamline the job.
