I worked in the BPO industry for over 5 years and handled various clients from US and UK. I started with a satellite provider company based in the US and I belonged to an inbound team which was responsible of receiving inquiry calls and providing technical solutions, setting up appointments, and payment processing. I also worked as a sales agent for a mobile phone company based in UK where I had to upsell and reach a quota for an additional commission. Recently, I worked as a back-office agent handling email inquiries and collections. In this job, I needed to respond to 25-30 emails per day with resolutions on issues raised.
I worked as an online tutor to Japanese, an online customer service rep to a music school in the US, and recently a general virtual assistant to a US realtor. I am currently looking for a job where I can utilize my experience.
In addition to my work experience, I have excellent communication skills both oral and written. My typing speed is above average which is 50-60 words per minute. I am also a diligent, patient, and a hardworking person. I understand the importance of working with a constant effort to accomplish a goal.
