Payroll Officer                                   Location:  Dubai
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
? Responsible for preparing monthly payroll for NAFFCO Group.
 
? Responsible for creating newly joined employees in Oracle and updating personal details for payroll.
 
? Responsible for uploading Increments, overtime, bonus and attendance data for generating payroll and coordinate with all departments.
 
? Updating & follow up of Bank account details of all employees.
 
? Generating payroll reports and verifying accuracy of recorded transactions.
 
? Data modification and implementation of Oracle HRMS and do testing phase by phase.
 
? Internal settlements for employees going on vacation and encashment of Leave salary and air tickets
 
? Calculating End of service benefits for employees leaving the company.
 
? Maintaining and updating records of leave applications, resignations and termination in Oracle and excel sheet.
 
? Other HR related general jobs
 
? Develop and maintain good relationship with all the employees
