I started as non voice agent for almost 1 year in a Business Processing Outsourcing company. The account is about the following:

- Uploading images from the Hotel site.
- Gathering images from the Hotel site.
- Comparing amenities from the travel site to the Main Hotel Site.

After a year, I worked as Technical Support Representative agent in Telus International Philippines which I hired as a voice advocate. We troubleshoot pedometer trackers and taking orders of the customer. I also, became a chat advocate in the same account. After a month I transferred as a back office agent focusing in customer orders including replacement trackers and we contact them via email.
