Lena Nguyen is something special. And I am not limiting this accolade to copyediting. Admittedly, this was my first project but as soon as Lena connected with me via Guru.com she eased the concerns I had with the process. She is remarkably professional while maintaining an open, transparent, and cooperative approach to copyediting. Lena possesses a rare emotional literacy that allows her to be a trusted and valuable companion through the difficult final stages of perfecting an author’s prized work. I can only hope that I will be in the position to work with Lena again, in the future.
