I'm a 2D character animation specialist looking to bring your project to life with compelling storytelling, cinematic flair, and fluid, high-quality animation.
I'm an animator based in Northern California, specializing in 2D animation. I graduated from the animation program at De Anza College in Cupertino, CA, where I completed an 11-minute hand-drawn animated film that has been selected for exhibition at animation festivals. I have also contributed to other animated projects, in roles ranging from storyboard artist to lead animator to director. My most recent project is the music video for 'U Can't Stop the Rubber Rocket' by Australian band Rubber Johnson, on which I was the director, character designer, and animator.
I'm driven to produce high-quality work. I aim for fluid, life-like movement informed by the traditional principles of animation. I possess a high-level of drawing skill, which gives me the versatility to adapt to just about any style needed for a project. Toon Boom Animate is my weapon of choice, but I can animate in Flash if a project calls for it. I'm also adept with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, among other software

$20/second for 'puppet-style' Flash animation.
$30/second for traditional-style drawn animation.
My rate for character design, cartooning, and illustration work is $18/hour. I'm also willing to negotiate for flat charges on a per project basis.
