Work Terms

I am available for both short and long-term – let's discuss the most efficient solution for your project!

Fixed Price Work:
• 50% - Upon approval of the fee agreement.
• 50% - Upon completion of the project (this varies based on overall scope)

Hourly Work:
• Invoices sent bi-weekly and due within 7 days.

Communication & Project Management:
• I try to always be available to talk via phone, email or Skype.
• I make use of the best tools to keep your project's progress and status as transparent as possible.

Being a freelancer, I keep hours around the clock. Feel free to contact me at the email listed, and I'll reply within 24 hours. I may also be available for phone communication within reason.

For contracts and invoicing, I use Bonsai, which has integrated payment options as well for your convenience. Paypal is preferred for most transactions, however open to discuss other methods. Upon receiving the notice of initial 50% payment, as well as the signed agreement, I will begin working on the your project immediately.

For mid-to-large projects, I will of course provide previews of the work throughout the process. The finished product with all relevant source files will be sent once the completion of payment is confirmed.
