Coach, mentor, and writer with 15 years of institutional securities and startup executive experience. I have spent nearly two decades guiding senior corporate executives, creatives, and professional athletes alike, with a laser focus on our future.

I started my career as a AAA ice hockey coach and worked with future Division 1 and NHL athletes. I then transitioned to institutional sales and trading - working for Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch covering pensions, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds. Throughout this part of my life, I relied on my writing and clear communication style to empower my teams and clients, leading them through the challenges of multi-national tournaments and unprecedented market volatility.

After 11 years on Wall Street, I devoted my time to startup leadership and fundraising. Working on several medical cannabis and hemp projects. As well as, the American Indian Sovereignty Movement during the winter of Standing Rock. This work was a natural extension of my coverage of sensitive accounts on Wall Street and looked firmly to the future of medicine, agriculture, and ecology.

Since 2018, I have been the founder and president of DéWarrior Unlimited, a strategy and sustainability consulting firm headquartered in the Netherlands.

Work Terms

I work seven days a week, often on short notice and aim to deliver win-win solutions and crisis management when it is needed. I charge for a minimum block of 5 hours and am available on retainer for longer engagements.

I prefer email communications (for accurate records) and am available on phone and chat 24/7 once I am engaged.

Please provide 50% of the payment prior to the commencement of the engagement, with the balance to be negotiated based on the specifics of the assignment.
