I've worked as a customer service agent in the past, and my experience includes financial and healthcare accounts. After working as a CSR for a while, I've decided to pursue a career that reflects my passion of writing. I made the decision to look for opportunities to write and aid others who require assistance, I like the idea of loving my job and being to help other people achieve their goals at the same time.
