Lesego is a statistician and has vast experience in both the private and public sectors. She has held various senior positions in companies such as Plus 94 Research, Project Management Institution (PMI), and Construction Tyres. She has also worked on a senior level in government institutions such as Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) and the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa.
She has occupied Senior Management positions in charge of payroll, budgeting, human capital allocation management, data analytics, report writing, and presentations. Ms More also proofread and edited research reports, board reports, executive committee reports as well as business proposals.
Lesego has also worked as a Research Analyst, Senior Research Manager, and Research Director. Some of her accomplishments whilst in her roles as Senior Manager and Director include the introduction of live reports and tracking of survey results for all her clients. Ms. More also managed to save more than 40% on operational costs (including personnel) by negotiating preferential rates for car rentals, operating with a small efficient team, and reducing airtime usage within the group.
Whilst working as a Senior Manager in the Human Capital Management (HCM) department, she designed analytics and metrics for reporting and tracking all data related to employees. The analytics assisted in most HCM related decision-making such as employee training needs, leave liability, and the aging profile of the workforce.
Her experience in social research helped shed a light on some of the unrest in the surrounding areas regarding the ongoing government infrastructure projects.
Her experience also includes her role as the acting Senior Manager in the Corporate Security department where she formulated; edited and proofread all the departmental reports. She was also responsible for budgeting, recruitment and the tracking and presentation of crime statistics.

Work Terms

I work 6 days a week. My payment terms are that the payment is split into different stages as the work progress.
