Customer Care is my bread and butter
I have almost 2 years of experience as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative assisting customers from the United States. I have worked for a globally renowned Business Process Outsourcing company and became one of their Subject Matter Expert.
I am also currently working for Intuit Online Payroll and Intuit Quickbooks Online and Desktop. Because of this experience, I am highly proficient with the accounting software itself and with all the major accounting and payroll tasks.
I have a dire passion for using my communication skills in helping people and will not hesitate to go the extra mile. I have the right skills and values to provide topnotch customer service and leave the customer satisfied. I have always considered empathy, integrity, competitiveness, and patience as the most prominent values I possess. Such values I mentioned have proven to make me effective at my job.
I have always considered myself as a student of the business, and I never stop trying to learn more. I am willing to spend more time learning new processes and topics if needed be.
My schedule is flexible and can work at any given time.
Aside from customer service, I also spend a great deal of time blogging about food and travel.
