I am a Chemical Engineer graduated from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ), with diverse experience in process improvement, project management, and international sales. During my studies, I completed an exchange program in Germany for a year and a half, which broadened my knowledge and provided me with a multicultural and professional perspective.

My professional journey began with an internship at Boehringer Ingelheim, where I worked in the process improvement area, gaining valuable insights into optimization and operational efficiency. Subsequently, I worked as a Process Improvement Analyst at DHL, where I applied and expanded my skills in complex and dynamic environments. My career path continued at Iguatemi 365, the e-commerce platform of Iguatemi Shopping, where I served as a Project Management Officer (PMO), managing critical projects for the platform's development.

Soon after, I was a global trainee in the Sales, Marketing and Services department at Volkswagen Trucks and Buses. In my first rotation, I worked in the International Sales area, where I had the opportunity to be part of the brand's Internationalization Project. I finished my trainee program with a rotation in the sales administration area, which gave me a comprehensive and strategic view of the company's business, especially for the domestic market. I currently work as a Sales Administration Analyst, the area in which I was hired after complete the program.

In addition to my professional experience, I am the creator of the Instagram account Kaizen Blitz, where I share content about process improvement and project management, contributing valuable insights and practices to the community.
