My work experience is quite diverse but I have a background as follows:
1. I've worked as HR Management, and possess extensive experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
2. I have worked in administration since 2019: I consider myself proficient in various administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings amongst many other responsibilities.
3. I have a little over 2 years experience with CV and Cover Letter Revamping, I began the company in 2022 and have successfully helped numerous individuals tailor and revamp their CVs and cover letters to effectively showcase their skills, achievements, and experiences.
4. I've also done Interview Coaching and provided personalized interview coaching to individuals, helping them prepare for job interviews, enhance their confidence, and improve their communication skills.

1. Witnessing career transformations: Seeing clients secure their dream jobs or make significant career advancements after implementing tailored CVs, cover letters, and interview coaching strategies brings immense satisfaction and joy.
2. Overcoming career obstacles: Assisting individuals in overcoming career roadblocks, such as employment gaps or lack of confidence, by highlighting their strengths and achievements in their CVs and coaching them through successful interviews.
My Hobbies include:
1. Networking and professional development: Actively participating in industry events, workshops, and online communities to stay updated on HR and career development trends.
2. Writing and research: Engaging in writing and research activities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in CV and cover letter writing, interview techniques, and career advancement strategies.

Work Terms

Able to work from 18:00 - 22:00 (Monday-Friday) and from 8:00 - 16:00 on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) South African times.
50% payment requested upon work and balance paid upon completion of work task.
