Mik really knows her stuff! She isolated and solved our technical issues within hours and worked with our hosting service, over a period of 2 weeks, to solve a server issue that was contributing to the overall problem. The site works great now and we plan on using her again. * HIGHLY RECOMMEND *

Mikaela made sure we were getting the desired result from her work, making herself readily available via IM, phone, late into the evening. (Even though the work turned out to be a lot more involved than expected when she quoted a flat fee.) She's good, funny, and a pleasure to work with! We will be hiring her again.

Efficient, but most important very patient! Will work with you patiently to make sure you understand what was done. Patiently trained on how to handle the changes myself. She is concerned with doing a thorough job and will not give up until you are totally satisfied. I highly recommend and would use again.
