Mr. Guttman is retired President of the Lexicon Group. Lexicon is a consulting firm totally dedicated to the publishing and not for profit industries. Mr. Guttman has an extensive operations, research and management background in publishing. His experience includes launching new publications, a thorough knowledge of management techniques as well as financial and budgetary controls, corporate development, product development, marketing and advertising sales management, organizational analysis, market research and information systems, publishing fulfillment and physical distribution.

Mr. Guttman is also experienced in strategic operations and personnel utilization. He is particularly adept at identifying client's needs, selecting key problem areas, recommending alternatives for problem resolution, and aiding publishing client companies in implementing solutions and presenting reports to management.

Mr. Guttman is a graduate of The Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. He is fluent in Italian, French and Spanish as well as German. Mr. Guttman served on active duty with the US Army's Psychological Operations Unit.
