Management Consulting for Risk and Financial Turnaround Scenarios
I am a management consultant with 25 years of international experience in risk, finance, economics, strategy, and project management.
Over the years, I have partnered with multiple startups, small businesses, project teams, global organizations, and large enterprises to face challenges in a changing market landscape, and turnaround their financials as they organically grow. Specific successes include helping these organizations enhance revenues, tier their expenses, expand globally, raise capital, acquire and merge with other entities. I have conducted business in over 20 countries. My approach uses my six-step MASCOT strategy (Model, Analyze, Survive, Control, Operate and Thrive). Clients can choose to hire me for one or many of the process steps depending on the goals & objectives of the organization or division. When put together in an integrated project plan, these six steps can be the building blocks for a very profitable business.
As a national athlete in two sports, speedskating and cycling, I have the drive to help clients thrive. To give back to the community, I led large events for Olympic athletes, mentored and advised young professionals in their careers, interviewed many applicants for my alma mater, Dartmouth College, and led the women’s network at two organizations for over 1200 women. I hold a masters in International Economics and Finance from the Brandeis International Business School. I take on each new project with a high level of energy and customization to a client's needs. My management style is professional, direct and honest.
I look forward to helping you improve your business financials, develop strategies to grow revenues and cut expenses, analyze risk and opportunities, and fix any operational issues you may face. We will take on challenges together.
