Meticulous, results-driven law student with excellent writing and language skills

I am a 25 year old student from Johannesburg now living in Cape Town. I completed my BCom Law degree at the University of Pretoria in 2012, have just completed my of my two-year LLB at the University of Cape Town and will be graduating in December 2014.

I am hardworking, intelligent and compassionate and have yet to encounter a challenge I could not face and overcome. I have a strong social conscience and am actively involved in charity work including teaching after-school classes through SHAWCO, providing legal advice through SLSJ and ENS Pro Bono and regular involvement in fund-raising and volunteer activities of other organisations. I am also very active and love the outdoors – I am a passionate horse rider, competing in a variety of disciplines and teams since the age of 8. Additionally, I completed my first Two Oceans half marathon in 2014 and am training to improve my time in 2015 and have recently discovered the benefits of yoga. I believe that the above qualities, as well as my varied work and personal experience, make me an asset to any team.

My family and friends are incredibly important to me and I owe almost all my success to them - I am very fortunate to have a strong support system in the form of my parents, extended family, boyfriend and friends. That said, I draw a lot of strength form within myself as well and am very comfortable on my own whether it be to work, study or just relax.
