Alicia was always prepared to go the "extra mile". She came across as willing and helpful and we had no difficulty in communicating in spite of the fact that English is not her first language and my Spanish is non-existent.

I found Alicia very willing at all times and very patient with my ignorance of computer terms. Considering that English is not her first language and that the background to my book would have been quite foreign to her I think she did a splendid job. I have already given her another project.
