I am Liezle R. Madarang from Pagadian City, Philippines. I graduated Masters of Arts Major in Educational Management at Southern Mindanao Colleges, Pagadian City. I am hard-working, goal-oriented, and thorough, reliable, with excellent customer service skills, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
With the expansion of social media, the gig economy, and businesses are popping up online now. It has become important for all to adapt to new trends to connect people and work remotely. So, what improvements should I make in myself to be able to keep up with the changing technology? Well, I engaged myself from various tools and platforms to feel involved in a new vision. Even how hard it was for me to be in that field, my perseverance pushed me to pursue what I started.
My extensive experience in training has helped me in giving the value of providing patience, positive thought, branding career, and vigorous spirit to cater to people involving critical thinking on how to behave in a certain situation.
I can handle my time, especially the availability of my services and functions as needed, and maintains a constructive relationship with the client as well as professional interaction in all circumstances in pursuit of shared objectives.
Further, I have been attending training handled by the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), Philippines that hone my abilities in Data Entry, Web Research, Transcription, Social Media (Management, Community Engagement, Presence, and Content Creation), Calendar and Email Handling.
I am constantly upgrading information or skills that can support my professional and personal life for a variety of reasons, like improving personal success or professional competence.
Lastly, I need to learn new knowledge or skills to see things from a new perspective and take the next leap forward not just for myself but also to support the organization to accomplish new things.
