I worked in an outsourcing Company for the last 5 years as a customer sales / Service Specialist. I was assigned in different Accounts such as Education, Loans, Back Office and one of the US- Based Telecommunication. Through my work experienced, I've learned to be patient in dealing customer concern and the ability to find the best possible solution in order to provide excellent customer experienced.
