My mission is to proofread and edit anything you need! Making corrections makes me happy, and my goal is to share that happiness with clients while completing their requests!

I have had a passion for proofreading and editing since I was a middle school student. While living in Las Vegas and working in the hotel industry, I created and executed contracts for convention groups. Precision and properly communicated written information were key elements to the success of carrying out these contracts and assuring the clients that their needs would be met. I also worked for a large online-retail company, and would notice even the slightest errors on the website, company emails and other communications. It became a running joke among my coworkers that I should have a red pen on my person at all times. Nothing in print or type is safe from my eye for proper grammar, usage, and punctuation. I also love the oxford comma.

Currently, I am a stay-at-home-parent and I plan on finishing my Bachelor's degree. Cooking is a joy for me. However, I'm not a great baker, so Ben & Jerry's pints are well-stocked in my freezer. Reading and yoga are my favorite forms of relaxation.

Assisting people with proofreading and editing would be very personally fulfilling to me, and I would appreciate any opportunity to do so. As I am just starting,my goal is to build my portfolio and turn what I love doing into something that benefits not only myself and my clients, but my family as well.

Work Terms

I am able to work any hours, Monday-Friday. I can work on weekends in certain cases. After projects have been delivered, I would prefer that they are reviewed and payment is approved within 72 hours. Email is my preferred method of communication, but if you would like to communicate via phone or text, I'm happy to accommodate that request as well.
