I am currently working for Hewlett-Packard as a Project Manager for IT projects of HP Customers: Leading projects throughout their entire life cycle - from proposal development to project close out and hand over to the delivery organization. Responsible for formulation of scope, time plan, and budget. Projects include: applications transfer from one hosting environment to another; building new servers, virtual machines, database farms; downgrade or upgrade of applications and/or Operating Systems; etc.
I also had experience as Project Lead for the accounting part of T24 (Temenos Bank SW) migration project. The Bank system of NBG was upgraded to a newer version. All bank data was migrated and the new system was configured according to NBG requirements. Other responsibilities apart from project management were also: analysis and selection of the best approach for the data migration, parameterisation, thorough testing (rehearsals) of the data migration, performing detailed checks of the results to verify financial data, GO LIVE.

I am a fast learner with a track record of adapting successfully to new and diverse challenges and requirements. I love traveling, yoga, dancing and spending time with friends.

Work Terms

I can work up to 20 hours per week. I prefer hourly payment or per milestone achievement. My preferred methods of communication are emails, chat and phone conferences.
