"Education is the key"

Hello there, my name is Lina and I am an English/Spanish teacher and translator with almost ten years of experience. I was born and raised in Venezuela, moved to the United States and now recently living in Lebanon. I am able to speak two languages fluently (native level) and give classes online and private (English and Spanish).

Due to the current situation I had to do all my English classes through videos (currently for school) and kept my Spanish classes through WhatsApp. Now let me tell you about the type of teacher I am! First of all, I never saw teaching as my job, teaching has been my passion in life since I was young. Secondly, I became the teacher I once admired and for me there is no reward in life bigger than that.

Currently at the school I work I am one of the most memorable teachers even if I enter a class to substitute a teacher (I am proud that my Latin American roots made me the happy, honest and fun person that I am) I give my all to the students and this is why they never forget me, I believe they are my responsibility and it is a privilege to be able to mold the future of a country not only by spreading the knowledge needed but also by leaving a personal mark of myself in them.
