Coaching sessions are conducted online unless it is agreed otherwise, ensuring that client receives quality service regardless of location. These one-on-one meetings are personalized to your specific needs and offer an interactive platform where you can openly discuss your goals, challenges, and progress.
I understand the importance of seeing measurable results from your investment. Thus, I offer a money-back guarantee policy if, after three sessions, client feels that coaching is not meeting desired expectations.
I value your privacy and confidentiality. Therefore, all information shared during our coaching sessions and any client data remain strictly confidential. This commitment is not only an ethical requirement but also a key part of service.
My working hours are flexible, designed to accommodate client's busy schedule as a business executive. I offer daytime, evening, and weekend sessions. However, it's important to note that all appointments should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
