Work Terms
1.Scope of Work
1.1. I shall provide customer support and sales services as outlined in the project description or job specifications provided by the Client on Guru.com.
1.2. I shall work remotely and use my own equipment, tools, and resources necessary to fulfill the agreed-upon tasks.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. The Client agrees to pay an hourly rate or a fixed fee, as mutually agreed upon and specified in the project description.
2.2. Payment shall be made through Guru.com's payment system or as otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.
2.3. The payment schedule and any milestones shall be detailed in the project description on Guru.com or as negotiated separately.
3. Communication
3.1. The Parties shall primarily communicate through Guru.com's messaging system, or any other communication channels agreed upon.
3.2. I shall provide regular updates on the progress of the project and promptly respond to Client's inquiries.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. I agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to client data, business strategies, and trade secrets, strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Any work product, documents, or materials created by me during the course of this engagement shall be the property of the Client.
5.2. I retain the right to use any general knowledge, skills, or expertise gained during this engagement for my own professional purposes.
