US Based Xactimate freelancer for hire!

I am currently a full-time freelance Xactimate estimator, highly skilled in creating profitable, accurate estimates of property damage for both mitigation and build back. I have experience creating estimates to address damage from water, fire, smoke, mold, and more. This includes demolition, dry out, contents and structure cleaning, reconstruction of all kinds (carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.), pack outs, laundry, and more. I create these estimates remotely based on the information my customers provide me, including scope notes, sketches, photographs, videos, and 3D captures. I am also familiar with software popular in the restoration industry, such as Matterport, iGuide, Docusketch, DASH, MICA, CompanyCam, Google Drive, JobDox, Dropbox, Encircle, and more.

My prior background as an office manager of a small restoration company lends itself to my abilities as an estimator. I have experience haggling with insurance companies. I understand the what goes into both damage mitigation and reconstruction jobs, including typical challenges, and that, as a contractor, the last thing you want to do is leave money on the table.

I have my own Xactimate subscription and am ready to work. I can typically offer quick turnaround times, depending on your company's needs. Please note that I generally work on a flat-fee (per estimate) basis. Pricing can be discussed, and I can provide sample estimates I have written upon request.

I am accessible via email, phone, or text. I prefer to get paid on a flat fee basis, rather than hourly.
