I am an ambitious and self reliant customer service supervisor.
I have attained my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy as a Major with Second Class Honors from the University of the West Indies, having also done courses in Caribbean Cultural Studies and Political Science. I have been in my current role as a Customer Care Supervisor working at a Global Outsourcing site on an international account for four and a half years and was selected to participate in a Leadership Training in Seattle in July of 2015. In addition, I am experienced in customer service, I have excellent communication skills and I am an experienced team player.
