Work Terms

We tailor to your success. A detailed contract prepared after services have been requested and the scope of need has been determined. Services are available in three (3) rate plans:
HR On-Demand
Reliable answers and advice for day-to-day human resources operational issues, decision assistance and emergency situation guidance for a pre-negotiated flat fee bi-monthly. This option provides "on-call" service that is there when you need it most.
HR Consultant
The HR Consultant Model includes development, review and updating of human resource operational processes. For this type of service, a contract is written to define the specific services to be included in the HR Consultant Model Program. An estimated number of HR consulting hours needed is multiplied by a discounted HR consulting hourly rate.
Special Project
It may be determined that your needs fall into a "one time" special project category. This could be an HR department start up project, the development of an HR policy manual and employee handbook, a special recruitment assignment or introduction and training for a specific HR process. A contract is prepared stating the total cost of the project or projects based on the estimated time needed for research and preparation. An hourly rate is applied to the estimated number of hours needed to complete the project plus expenses (travel, supplies, etc.).
