  The New Zealand Army recently engaged LittleMonkey Ltd to develop an ‘app’ to support the eighth biennial Pacific Armies’ Chiefs’ Conference (PACC VIII) and Pacific Armies’ Management Seminar (PAMS XXXVII) held in Auckland 9-13 September 2013. It was the first time an ‘app’ had been used at this par
