I've been a data entry specialist for 2 years and can work comfortably on excel as it was one of our tool being used. As data entry specialist, I have to make daily reports and send it to our stakeholders. Because of my performance at work, I became a Team Lead with 13 specialists under my supervision. I worked with other Team Leads of other departments and had a lot of conference calls/meetings with stakeholders and counterparts. After a year, I decided to take on the Key User role (Subject Matter Expert). It's a supervisory level but focusing on technical part and processes. This include doing A3 Projects (Lean Management) that would help the team and other departments with their daily tasks. I can definitely work with a team and I can also work on my own. I make sure that all work is done before the deadline and of course with quality. Though this will be my first time online job, I can assure you that I can be a big help on building your business.
