You can call me "Lai" anyway, I'm an experienced Customer Service Specialist for over 6 years now, I'm knowledgeable on handling phone calls, emails and live chats. I've been part of 3 companies where I cater telecommunication, financial and E-commerce account. Furthermore, I'm open to ANY opportunity specially as a Virtual/Personal Assistant and Sales Associate. Due to this pandemic my eagerness to find a remote job became my priority.
