Throughout my career I have developed numerous skills including, but not limited to database development (including integration); data reporting with web accessibility; Call Center supervision; project management; and application and POS technical support training.
A sample of my accomplishments include:
- Generated $1m in revenue for the Pest division (Steritech) in the month of August 2015 with the changes I made to the annual price increase process.
- Developed PeopleSoft project for Work Order Self Entry module allowing branch offices to submit their work orders to the Help Desk, resulting in users’ ability to track the status of work orders and emails, which were simultaneously sent to assigned IT staff, via the help desk tech.
- Implemented software conversion for corporate service/manufacturing ERP system. Imported all historic data, implemented user security, trained managers and employees on program use, and configured user interface. Worked with a cross-functional team to launch the new software.
- Developed training program for all service/manufacturing software and trained at least 200 employees.
- Trained all Call Center staff (Help Desk and Dispatch) and supervised 30 Call Center staff in their day-to-day duties.
- Streamlined existing reports, developed new reporting procedures, and designed new reports for Help Desk and Dispatch center. This revision of the reporting structure resulted in quicker response times and better organization in dispatch functions.
- Ensured secure databases for storing data and reporting, enabling the company to efficiently and accurately track equipment depreciation, distribution, and job bids.
- Developed and deployed web based reports utilizing ASP, SQL Server, Crystal Reports and Visual Interdev for intranet and Internet based goal management application.

Made only using SafePay with 100% deposited at the beginning of project. 20% is to be released with each milestone.
