Creating solid designs and parts that exceed expectations.
I first became introduced to 3D printing in college as an alternative to milling to achieve a better prototype for a customer. I have since used traditional subtraction techniques to prototype many parts and do low-volume builds. I have worked professionally for several years at HP, an engineering haven, designing and building a variety of printers that have delighted customers. This work has required the use of many tools for design, analysis and production. I have often used simulation and FEA to study and analysis designs based 3D CAD and 2D drafting. I have created parts for production using plastic molding, sheet metal forming, and wiring.
