LocalMarke, LLC was founded by Sarah Rinaolo who had several years of marketing experience prior to starting her company. The concept for the business was generated during her time at Skidmore College utilizing research on social media marketing at small local business within Saratoga County. By conducting social media research with businesses in Saratoga Springs, NY, Sarah found these small businesses she interviewed had limited access to marketing resources due to budget constraints. She created this company to provide those small businesses with the access to affordable and customized marketing services, which are currently not available in the Capital District.
