Work Terms

Availability: I am available for projects from Tuesday to Friday. If you need work outside these days, please let me know in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Preferred Communication Style: I prefer to communicate through written messages for all project-related discussions, updates, and file exchanges. This helps keep a clear and organized record of all communications. I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours.

Project Kickoff: I am open to doing a video call to kick off/start the project. I can use Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or any other similar video conferencing tool as per your preference.

Project Management: I use Trello for project management and tracking. Clients will be given access to their project board to monitor progress and provide feedback directly.

Revisions: I am committed to delivering high-quality work with minimal revisions. However, I understand that changes may be needed. I offer two rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality: All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential. I am happy to sign an NDA if required.

Feedback: Client satisfaction is my top priority. I encourage open and honest feedback to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations.
