Payment Terms:

If:
Project is less than $2000 then 50% upfront.
After work completion 50%

If:
Project is more than $2000 then 25% upfront
When 50% work done then 35%
When 100% work done then 40%

Mode of Communication:

Either Skype, Phone, WebEx, Email etc
