Communication: Prefer messaging via platform, but open to emails or video calls—response time: within 24 hours on business days.
Progress Updates: Regular updates to keep you informed throughout the project.
2. Payment Terms
Flat or Hourly Rates: Pricing depends on the project scope. Both options are available.
Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments are tied to phases.
Deposit: A 30% deposit required for projects over $500 to secure the schedule.
3. Revisions & Feedback
Unlimited Revisions: During the draft phase, I offer unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Feedback Window: Clients should provide feedback within 48 hours to maintain the timeline.
4. Turnaround Time
Project Timeline: Typically 1-2 weeks for simple projects, up to 4 weeks for more complex ones.
Rush Jobs: Expedited services available with additional fees.
5. Ownership & Deliverables
