Operations / Finance / Project Management
While my background is originally in financial analysis and project management, I have a diverse set of peripheral skills. That is because every role I take on, I do whatever is needed to ensure the success of the project or organization. If a website needed to be built, I learned how to build it. If I was putting my financial models into an offering memorandum, I made sure the rest of it looked great by learning design principles and software. Overseeing a software integration for a medical practice, I learned medical terminology and compliance standards as well. Helping artists manage their career, I learned effective marketing campaigns and music production skills. I worked on a geophysics data project and have been learning data science, e-commerce backend, and the geophysics of mining. Most recently, I have been managing a startup real estate brokerage in NYC including operations, sales management, marketing, human resources and more.
I have managed large mixed-use urban infill real estate development and construction projects, growth of medical practice, artist development projects, as well as a bunch of smaller website and personal projects.
