I am passionate about customer service and sales it will be an honor to work for your company and utilize my expertise and experience to create positive impacts.I am an experienced customer service and sales professional having spent the past ten years working in the field in various roles i.e call centre, retention, telesales, support and brand representative. Am well conversant with customer care duties, skills and responsibilities. In my previous roles as customer service executive I was able to generate sales, handle customer queries complaints and suggestions via communication channels in a timely and efficient manner.

Over the years I have acquired relevant skills such as negotiation skills, analytical skills, strong communication, phone skills and problem solving skills. Am proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. My long term experience in the service industry has taught me how to be reliable, consistent with what I do, have right attitude with clients\co-workers which has enabled me to meet and exceed each customer's expectation with Diploma in Business management and various customer service training courses have developed skills which have made me to be a professional in my career and deliver as expected
